Pros

Good network of current and former employees, who are open to exchanging ideas Company attracts some of the best talent in the assistance space.

Cons

Politics. In Vietnam, where I worked there was excessive politics and the inability of management to recognize talent. Expat packages and 2 - 3 year contracts provided no incentive for some executives to provide less than accurate information needed to make critical business decisions. (For example the site selection for the latest HCMC Clinic. )

Pros

Job satisfaction, if management lets you support them instead of telling you what to do. It's an exciting company to work for, with a lot of changes all the time and brilliant career prospects if you work hard and senior management recognise that.

Cons

High pressure with little thought about the employees, even though the company prides itself in looking after their employees.

Many in Senior Management lack people management skills and unable to guide new joiners in a complex business environment; Rigid managament, lack ability to dicuss new approaches or new ideas, Lots of gossiping, back biting and internal politics, unhealth and causes stress New employees are not integrated well and senior employees lack the ability to lead, direct and share the workload, leaving one absolutely frustrated and depressed; Pathetic salaries, long working hours and lack of appreciation.
