A lot of Turnover

Pros

Most people are friendly. Nice office.

Cons

Company is very top heavy, not much room to move up. Microaggressions are very frequent. Beware of this if you are a person of color.

Pros

The only pro to this job was weekly pay. From the beginning to to end, I dreaded going into work everyday!

Cons

The management team is awful! The people in the job have been there half of their life and are allowed to get away with everything. The entire plant is either related to one another or having relations with higher management making it easy for their wrongs to be overlooked. Management has no regard for doing what is right for their employees, they only care about the next dollar. Schedule changes are frequent. Work is uncertain at times so they send people to different departments to be bullied by other employees when they don’t get their way. Management talks to people in a degrading manor as if they are children with no regard for their feelings. They claim they give a raise after 3 month review but never give the review. There is no opportunity for growth in this company. What you come in as is what you will be.

Management Doesn't Care

Pros

The older employees have a wealth of knowledge and are willing to help, both out on the floor, and in dealing with the shady things management tries to pull.

Cons

You will never once be treated with an ounce of respect by management. You will be given minimal to no training, forced to sign off on qualifications, then be chastised for safety violations you didn't know about, or completing tasks incorrectly when you were never told how to do them in the first place. Production is all they care about - without the experienced workers running around fixing everything, this place would fall apart - and it still might. The people here worked 6 days a week with mandatory overtime and minimal COVID safety measures, and now the management is trying to take away vacations, take away sick days, and force people to work 18 hours a day. On top of that, they barely seem to be hiring anyone at all. Have multiple friends/acquaintances that applied, all with years of manufacturing experience, none received calls for interviews. Seems like they only hire people they know they can fire before their 90 day probationary period is up. The pay is decent, but with this management team, there is no future here.
