Pros

Not many. It is basically just a job. There are some nice people. OK benefits but not the best and I think they're below average for even these days.

Cons

You have to join the right group and get the right person behind you. If not, they'll chew you up fairly quickly.

Pros

Was a nice manufacturing site to work for with a small family run atmosphere. Great experiences on the floor that were shared through stories and past family members working there. Great Benefits.

Cons

Private Equity Buyout in 2022. Culture quickly changed and watch for profitable plants being spunoff in years to come. Came through with a director level cut in April. Many secondary layoffs or voluntary leaves shortly there after.
