Working here means your not unemployed, other than that there are no pros to this job or company.

Cons

No personal life. No compensation to be on call. Not paid to be on call during your off days, therefore you can’t do or plan anything for any day on call. Company will change the terms you hired under after you start. Working terms are usually changed when the company knows no one else in the business is hiring. All around the company has no ethics and operates off nepotism and bias management.
