Nothing But Games and Disrespect

Pros

When there's enough hours to go around, it's great. Some of the people are great work with. Gratifying field of work.

Cons

Upper Management plays favorites. If you're in their good graces, you're more likely to get preferential hours and respect. Allows for harassment in the workplace while turning a blind eye. Slashed employee benefits like mileage. Cannot guarantee promised hours to their employees, and instead of using their employees they use contractors from competitors to avoid paying overtime.

Benefits, family atmosphere, company vehicles, and not much else to it plenty of hours if you want them , big on safety most the time

Cons

No appreciation, they keep you down, no respect, management gets mad over little stuff but don’t over big stuff, takes short cuts on safety and job training
