Great place to work independently in the field. Not an 8 to 5 job. Ongoing training and equipment monitoring a must. Competitive pay in industry standards.

Cons

Different set of rules for everyone. Company is safety conscious and trains, but only if it doesn't effect bottom line or the facility your working at.

Regional office works fantastic as a team, the work is varied and interesting, work is distributed evenly among internal team.

Cons

Constant issues with payroll and expenses; low wage for what is expected out of each employee, no stipend for use of personal vehicle (travel can be up to 1000 miles per week), the workload is often greater than what a small group should handle under normal conditions.
