Great on the job experience and training, wonderful people with interesting life experiences, mostly provide services that you can be proud of supporting, work-life balance is encouraged (but that is reflected in compensation)

Cons

Compensation is very low compared to similar job functions, there are many frustrations with internal processes and technologies, many major decisions are made without explanation or transparency
