Bad news for Intrax

Pros

Met some real cool people! Hope they find better jobs because they are not making anything at Intrax.

Cons

Very on-stable, employees not appreciated. Company hires people and sell them pipe dreams and not think twice about letting people go right before the holidays. There does not seem to be too much planning about new hires and terminations that always follows, no loyalty. Its all about the top management that makes all the money, while regular employees are not even paid competitive wages. Really think twice about getting a job here, it's not a happy ending!!

Pros

The HR dept does a good job with the limited budget they have; this company is famous for its extravagant Halloween party and holiday party.

Cons

Best practices, org chart and department goals are constantly changing. This company has been around for over 30 years and has hundreds of employees but feels very much like a confused start-up. The CEO is very out of touch with everyone and is not thankful or appreciative of the employees' hard work. Not a place you can expect to "climb the ladder"... very high turnover. Also, the pay is extremely, extremely low.

Pros

- There are really good, talented people who work here. A great number of them are now my closest friends. - You can, if you’re willing, springboard a career with little to no experience. - Since there’s little credibility with senior management, most jobs are really easy.

Cons

There’s nothing I can say that hasn’t already been said but since there's a 20-word minimum, I guess I'll shed light on the cronyism of the organization. The CEO, as everyone has pointed out, couldn’t give a damn what anyone thinks — regardless of their intellect or experience. This results in his top advisors/direct reports being Yes Men who rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic to keep their jobs. For instance, when they don't hit their numbers, they'll cut loose some employees to protect their bonuses and so on... all under the guise of "changing direction."
