Pros

The people are great. The company is big on diversity; many programs and you can contribute to different causes. The RSU plan is fantastic.

Cons

I feel like I have great ideas and I have shared them with, but they never go any place. I know these would be great process improvements, but nothing ever happens. It makes me not want to share my ideas.

Intuitive is no longer the Great Workplace It Once Was

Pros

The compensation is okay depending on your role in the company. They invested a lot into new campus buildings which is nice but neglected investing more into the many non-managerial employees that keep the company going.

Cons

Poor Advocacy for Work Life Balance. Management of your respective department will routinely announce uncapped Overtime and strongly push people to do it due to a huge amount of work that has grown over time. Company does not respect your time outside of work. Quite a bit of Turnover depending on where you work at the company. A lot of key figures have retired or moved on due to the changes in the overall direction the company is moving towards. A lot of people have also been unhappy with the management and direction leading to good workers leaving and an influx of inexperienced people taking their place. Huge obstacles to progression and growth at the company. Due to the sheer size, people are compartmentalized into a very, very narrow role with very little opportunities to grow or progress into other pursuits. Even if you apply, there will be a lot of resistance because management will want you to stay stuck as a cog in the machine. Do not expect colleagues to be supportive. Your colleagues will with no reservation use you as a stepping stone to obtain their own personal goals at your expense. If you don't care about career progression and don't mind the corporate grind to do the same exact thing everyday with okay compensation and no respect for your time outside of work, this company is for you. Otherwise, steer clear of this company. It is no longer the same company I recognize when I first started and has been on the decline in many aspects. Additionally, HR does not communicate well with employees and often ignores concerns that you may have in your situation with regards to workplace experience or concerns about financial compensation. Any concerns you may have are often swept under the rug or placed in lower priority by management. And also any hopes of progressing in your role at the company will be hindered by nepotistic practices from management. Don't expect meritocracy to be rewarded well at the workplace.
