      Pros

      When I first started, I was extremely excited to be given the opportunity that had. That was short-lived. - Good resume builder - Learn a lot about the asset management industry - Beautiful and inspirational work environment - Would have stayed for a long time given the right circumstances

      Cons

      - Management doesn't care about your issues - Getting anything moving in the company is like turning an oil tanker around - Unrealistic close expectations for certain areas in the accounting department - If things were just slightly different, I would have been happy to stay for a long time, unfortunately, the way things were was intolerable

      Pros

      career building opportunities with different programs at regular intervals. The best infrastructure hub in hyderabad WITH GOOD FACILITIES OFFERED TO ITS EMPLOYEES

      Cons

      under advertised especially in Hyderabad. Frequent offshore travels to the employees to understand and share the opinions of the global invesco culture. Currently i hardly see any foreign travels from hyderabad to US

      Pros

      Great company to work for. They are located all over the world so there is plenty of opportunity to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Often there is a lot of travel involved if you have to go to the different locations. Communication was sometimes and issue.
