      Pros

      Invesco have pretty decent benefits. Everyone is on hourly except management. Potential overtime can exceed your annual bonus. Company only requires you to work 37.5 hr per week equal full time.

      Cons

      Since staff were making more money than management due to OT, management are disgruntled. No annual bonus due to OT, however you were still require to have an annual review which i do not see the point since there is no bonus/incentives. Management lacks communications. Morality is very low. There is no loyality from the company. Invesco compensation is not up to par.

      Invesco has a great work environment and if you have good work ethics, you will do well with this company.

      Pros

      The people, both management and employees. Many departments within Invesco truly care about their employees and customer service is a top priority.

      Cons

      Invesco is a very large company, so it cab be easy for things to get overlooked if you don't follow up constantly. It can sometimes be hard to get some of the less important tasks accomplished because of the amount of projects ongoing at once.
