Pros

Good benefits, decent pay for the job, 7.5 hour work day (when they're not forcing mandatory overtime on you). If your a recent grad, this job presents you with an opportunity to gain some solid experience in the finance industry. You'll learn alot about retirement accounts and gain your Series 6 license.

Cons

You're working in a call center. It's constant phone calls with little time for breaks during the day, let alone a vacation day. Moving up is very difficult. You may need to spend years in the department before getting the opportunity you want. Qualifying for the semi-annual pay incentive is also very challenging and should not be considered an "automatic" by perspective employees.
