Pros
Great benefits, middle management and down were collaborative/open/honest, salary was good.
Cons
Direction of the business was continuously changing, no market data, flying by seat of their pants. Poor science - great concept/idea, but data to substantiate was limited or nonexistent. Lost a lot of good talent towards the end. Bonus structure lack meat - number of stocks per year did not change even though the stock price dropped to 2.50$ after being at 50$. Basically pennies.
