Cons

With the fast-paced growth, there can be times of disorganization and frustration, but it is all manageable.

Great culture of empowering people. Treated as an adult and not a subordinate. Organization is very focused on morale and employee satisfaction and making them feel respected (as this is often not the case at other companies)

Cons

If you want to be given instructions on what to do everyday this is not the place for you.
