Too many things going on for everyone to know everything Priorities change very quickly sometimes (might be a pro?) Not a lot of management opportunities (also might be a pro?) Salaries not the highest in industry, but are high-end of average

Pros

Strong emphasis on good culture. I worked with some very creative scientists and engineers on how to tackle sophisticated problems.

Cons

Review cycle isn't very helpful. It's a 360 review system but seldom did it offer actionable insights while I was there. It's hard to focus on self-betterment when avenues of improvement aren't made clear to you.
