Pros

Fast paced and constantly growing. Lots of opportunities to grow.

Cons

At time, there are some questionable decisions made. Seem to pay less than the national average.

Pros

The colleagues I worked with on a daily basis were dedicated and collaborative, consistently striving to deliver their best work.

Cons

The leadership team appeared to be operating beyond their capacity, which contributed to significant workplace stress. This was the most challenging role I have held in several years. Employees are consistently undercompensated and expected to manage excessive workloads. The company’s priorities seem heavily weighted toward maximizing shareholder value, often at the expense of employee well-being.

Pros

Good compensation, a supportive environment for learning, and challenging work. Hybrid in-office/work from home

Cons

I really don't have any cons for working at this company.
