Pros

Some managers understand what is wrong with the company so it is somewhat validating. Sad part is they can't do anything about it.

Cons

Corporate controls everything, leaving no room for feedback, and even managers can’t advocate for their teams. Policies change constantly, making it impossible to build consistency. Most of the day is spent handling angry customer complaints, which is draining and demoralizing. Raises are minimal, (I'm talking less than a dollar minimal), regardless of performance or effort. Easily the most stressful and unsatisfying job I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
