Pros

Teamwork is at its finest. Upper Management is very involved, they are your biggest supporters. Flexibility . Your opinion is valued. There are no slackers. You are expected to work your bottom off but it pays off. This company is leading the way in property management.

Cons

There are constant changes in policies and procedures.
