Pros

The team I worked with were fantastic professionals. Working together was the key to success as the accounts payable side was comprised of a small team of six (those who processed corporate and construction invoices specifically).

Cons

As I was leaving there was a lot of transition and employee voices were lost amongst the kerfuffle. A recommendation would be to take into consideration employee happiness. If an entire group notices issues or has ideas for fixes, sit down and communicate together.
