Pros

Pretty good benefits and nice co-workers, different busines model than most real estate companies.

Cons

First of all no company is perfect, especially a 3 Year-old company. With that sidenote, there is a unusual amount of consist change in senior management, who typically brings in their own people. They aren't straight-forward (smile while lying to you and have personal agendas; typically causing fear, resentment, lack of motivation and heavy turn-over. Simply said, it doesn't really matter hard you try or contribute, you really don't matter. Someone else that is fresh and enthusiastic is there to take your place, again and again. But, we will be gone too, just with a very lucrative package.

Pros

Regional personnel are great and the incoming salaries trend to be a little higher than average. Most people stay in large part because the salary is tolerable.

Cons

Corporate neither knows nor cares for its people. No genuine strategy for permanency. I have yet to meet anyone who believes in this company.

Pros

The company provided decent benefits and initially had a great vision that was exciting to be a part of. I enjoyed the ability to learn and grow in the position, as it was being established and defined.

Cons

It was exciting at first and I thrived in the fast paced setting as the company rapidly grew. However, the environment began to metamorphosis into more of a high school rather than a functional place where professionals could flourish.
