Pros

I have been working at INVH for 4 months and even in this remote environment the culture shines through easily. This company is driven by a caring executive team and that passion funnels through all of the employees I interact with at Invitation Homes. The office environment is amazing (I've seen pictures). The same genuine care shown to residents is also shown to employees.

Cons

none off the top of my head

Pros

This company affords many opportunities to those who seek them. They offer the ability to relocate to different regions of the country. Pay is good, benefits are great. Adequate training, very supportive.

Cons

Dealing with residents who have the expectation that the house is perfect and nothing breaks.
