Pros

IH has a number of driven, bright, and effective leaders throughout the organization. This is a great sector with excellent assets and a relatively scalable platform.

Cons

Politics tends to get in the way of the best decisions - and "not invented here" is a frequent idea killer. The merger in 2017/2018 was a culture clash but only because decisions were delayed as everyone was coddled. I wouldn't recommend to a friend only based upon what I know of my old department - but the company is solid and there are a lot of good people here.
