Pros

Great location and benefits. Everyday people working no true snobs. You can eat and look nice. You almost feel like you're important

Cons

Very disorganized, and stingy with pay. All the work that comes with the job needs to have a serious pay increase. Their seems to be no growing potential for little people. Everyone is disposable

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some very nice people in an upbeat, fun atmosphere. Management was always coming up with ways to make the company a fun place to work.

Cons

Young company going through a lot of change. Work was fast paced and a lot of hours required to accomplish production needs and still maintain quality. Apparent disconnect between corporate and field leaves you with a feeling of being used and under appreciated. Local level management however, constantly showed their appreciation and support.
