Pros

As a field employee there is quite a bit of freedom

Cons

Hard to advance. Advancements decisions seem like they are made prior to posting job. So it becomes very discouraging when applying from within.

We're glad you appreciated the flexibility in your field role, but we understand how discouraging it can feel when internal growth opportunities seem out of reach. Pros

The corporate culture at Invitation Homes fosters a positive work environment, and the compensation/benefits seem competitive. Additionally, team members are approachable and collaborative, making it easy to build strong working relationships.

Cons

While the company has numerous positive aspects of its technology, a few areas appear to be developing more slowly or are stagnant. Last-minute changes from higher management can derail existing projects without rationale being provided.
