      Pros

      Amazing growth opportunities with vast learning opportunities. Has work-life balance and accommodates employee needs. Most importantly appreciates their employees and the work they do. Management is always looking for ways to grow and improve the company. Great people, good benefits, flexible schedule that works into my family life. I love Invitation Home, I love my residents and I love my job!

      I love the company and have not found anything major that hinders the excellent work environment.

      corporate office has too many politics and make changes for goals of company every 3 months. No real clear direction of goals and bonus structure also changes.
