Pros

I work on a fun positive team, love interacting with other teams as well. Corporate is professional, but not stuffy. Good monthly employee events, like National Ice Cream Day celebration. Fast-paced, building its foundation since it is still a relatively new company, so lots of opportunity to make a difference.

Cons

Business changes frequently, but needs to in order to make improvements to the business. Departments are now getting better at communicating with one another, which helps in the decision making and change process.

A Real Mess!

Pros

If you like an environment where changes of process, procedure, policy occur on a daily basis, this is your place.

Cons

Startup where management has no clue - changes occur daily in what Dallas wants an employee to do. Sr Mgmt is clueless as to the operational requirements.
