Could be worse.

Pros

Free food/coffee. Executives seem to care quite a bit about company culture and plan events. Good benefits/PTO policy

Cons

In accounting, you can't take part in most corporate events because you live for month end. Forget about taking vacation days during active close. Don't expect to be able to take more than one week vacation at a time even if they can ever keep fully staffed. Turnover has been a nightmare and the accounting software is a steep learning curve if you have not used it before. There seems to be very little internal mobility to managerial positions.
