Pros

One of the best companies I've worked for and enjoyed the people that work there. Great benefits and perks included. Room for growth.

Cons

Senior management can sometimes overlook those that have the best skills and experience to offer.

Pros

Invitation Homes is a fast-paced high-volume environment. In the market I worked in, we had a strong group of great leaders, a great team of collaborative associates, and feedback was genuinely valued across the board. Leadership was receptive to suggestions, and meaningful process improvements were made as a result (where it made sense), which helped us associates feel valued and heard. For the most part, although it was very stressful at times due to workload, it was a positive and engaging work environment.

Cons

It can definitely be a stressful, high-volume environment, and the workload can be very heavy depending on the department. Expectations are high; but leadership was aware of these pressures and took steps to implement changes that helped improve workload and efficiency for some associates.
