Pros

Invoca is a great place to start your tech sales career. You can move up fairly quickly in the SDR org from corporate to mid-market to enterprise. The culture is great, there is a lot of support, lots of time off, remote, and very flexible.

Cons

Very difficult for SDRs to promote to AEs. Not much career pathing happening, and quota is very difficult to hit. They pretty much want you to generate a lot of meetings for the AEs but won't do much to help you move to the next step.

Growing Pains

Pros

Good benefits, rising profile within its space, remote workplace

Cons

Lots of growing pains due to acquisition which makes the full focus on the bottom line and less on employee wellbeing. Becoming more corporate and less like a start up, which makes sense, but it lost a lot of its luster. Many employees have left due to burnout.
