      No real innovation Scaling product is slow Startup mentality and not in a good way - very disorganized in certain areas like processes and training Need new leadership in several areas - CS, product, sales

      Pros

      - A well-defined engineering career matrix for future title growth - Great work/life balance with plenty of benefits and PTO - 401k matching

      Cons

      - Projects are often very date-driven, where dates are defined prior to requirement gathering / or knowing the shape-of-work. - Silo'd product teams leads to "similar things" being built over and over again, creating technical debt, as well as "pattern debt"

      Pros

      An employee-focused culture with an incredibly talented and passionate team make Invoca a very special place to work. The marketing technology product they offer is a game-changer for marketers and the company overall has a very bright future ahead if the current leadership can continue to deliver.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, there are certainly some growing pains as the teams learn to scale, but overall the company is investing in the right parts of the business and most importantly, investing in their people.
