Decent company but going down hill

Pros

Fantastic benefits and flexible work schedule.

Cons

Venture backed company so expect layoffs during turbulent economic times. Little to no opportunity for career advancement as the company hardly promotes from within because they do not want to take the time to prepare employees for those roles. Invoca is regarded as the most sophisticated call tracking software but because of this prestige, leadership has neglected how far the competition has come. Their competitors have almost fully caught up to Invoca’s main differentiators but at a fraction of the price. This neglect also applies to marketing as Invoca has let the competition dominate them in brand awareness. Unfortunately, the product is becoming antiquated and companies are trending away from navigating customers to their phone channel. Disorganization and a lack of direction is a huge issue for the company. Many employees receive no guidance and resources to improve. During my years there I had one performance review.

Pros

Culture, collaboration, everything. A special and genuine place.

Cons

The TAM in the corporate space is easily & often beat by Callrail, tough to reach OTE figure.

Pros

Great onboarding plan to get you ready to start as well as excellent content to enable you to sell. The culture was incredible, and they really care about employee satisfaction.

Cons

There were moments where account assignment was slow, and there was room for growth but they really seemed to want to follow the 2 year SDR path. Comp was in flux while I was there.
