Pros

When you interview with Invoca, you keep hearing about how wonderful and smart the people are. When you get there, you realize how true it is. Everyone is so welcoming (which can be tricky in a remote environment) and indeed so smart and talented! One of my favorite things is how the managers really see your individual strengths and allow you to nurture them and sort of guide your own way. There’s a lot of freedom and encouragement to learn and grow, and it’s one of the most supportive places I’ve ever worked. Can’t wait to improve even more!

Cons

It’s tough being fully remote sometimes because you don’t always know who to go for across teams for questions, but that’s really just the nature of remote work and not unique to Invoca. So far I’ve always been able to find who I’m looking for :)
