The Executive leadership is very transparent with objectives and challenges being addressed. The employees are very intelligent and helpful to those around them. There is never a question when life gets in the way and everyone tries to fill in when needed for each other.

Cons

Just the normal growing pains of any organization which are better than the other kind of pains that come with a shrinking organization.
