      Pros

      Young company, flexibility, snacks, open floor plan, great people and awesome location.

      Cons

      High turnover, teamwork between depts could be better, working nights and weekends is not unusual, difficult technology to market/sell, and belief in the value of the product is disappearing.

      Pros

      Smart co-workers with a lot of camaraderie, great communication inside and outside departments, good benefits package and pay is commensurate with experience. It's been a great first few weeks and I'm happy that I joined!

      Cons

      For an Agile workshop, things feel slow sometimes... but that can enable you to speak up for your projects and make things happen.

      Love working at Invoca! Visionary, forward thinking leadership team, hard-working, intelligent colleagues who all love what they do and are passionate about the company's success. A very transparent, cooperative spirit of teamwork and sharing of expertise, with a very fun office with lots of great perks.

      Cons

      None really - growing rapidly in a market with huge opportunity, so it's important to be flexible and willing to push hard to achieve success.
