Pros

Working at Invoca is both challenging and motivating. You tend to wear many hats with a many of responsibilities, so you have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks. Everyone works hard and is willing to spend time teaching one another. It's a great place to work for those who are looking for a great experience, and the chance to p

Cons

Invoca is still strongly rooted in the start up culture. You will be working long hours, late nights, and weekends. You're not going to be paid as much as you would be at a larger company, but Invoca makes up for this with the work experience it provides.

Great Culture, Rapid Growth

Pros

For a company that's doubling in size every year, they've done a great job recruiting people who keep the culture fun. It's a good mix - really bright, really hard working (it's not a 9-5 culture, but not 80 hrs/week either) but also really fun - company volleyball, softball, etc - the famous "Invoca Pub". I've been here for a little over a year and have learned a ton. Bright prospects ahead!

Cons

With all the growth, things can be hectic (running of meeting rooms, lots of change) but all things considered, very manageable.
