      Pros

      It's amazing to me, the culture that our founders established and how it continues to weave through the fabric of our every day, even as we experience massive growth! It is a culture that fosters collaboration with peers and leadership. I have never felt more part of a team who has an insane desire to be curious in pursuit of knowledge and encourages us all to strive for 1% better every day!

      Cons

      Growth is happening quickly, but current leadership has been able to scale and continue to support employees.

      GREAT Culture

      Pros

      When I want to know if there are growth opportunities with a company - I don't ask "are there growth opportunities?"...... I ask "Do you personally know anyone there that has been promoted twice?" Interviewers at IC rattled off names left and right. In the year I've been here I personally know 10+ people who have been promoted once and another 2 or 3 who have been promoted twice. Sr. Leadership cares and listens - and puts themselves at the bottom of the people pyramid. People get recognized for their efforts on a daily basis. There is no throwing folks under the bus. We are growing. The mood is optimistic and energized. The work-life balance is good. There is a good deal of autonomy without being micromanaged. Metrics-managed with good planning cycles. They are very picky about who they bring in - so there are very few poor performers or irritating people.

      Cons

      There are still some teams and processes that are in "build" mode or being redesigned for scaling - so these areas don't always have full operational documentation or playbooks. The "run" type personalities may see this as a drawback - but we "build" type personalities see it as an opportunity to create and influence.

      Good for temp job

      Pros

      Good place to start career. Worked here for 4 years. Great benefits health insurance 401k. Learned a lot about how the company works. Went thru 4 departs there is room to grow if you hustle.

      Cons

      Bad management. Always had issues with management not listening to you. Always about the numbers. Wasn't like this before it went to a public stock in wallstreet. Vp would assign task to complete when its not even in the pay to get done. Lots of stressfull projects. To be done. Not enough help. One mistake done seen a lot of people being fired for or if numbers aren't met. Some employees have been there years and work off other employees and don't do there job.
