At times the processes set up to turn in required paperwork can be confusing. There is excessive email that is sent out to entire groups that clog up your inbox as well.

The school, though growing and thriving, does not give full time positions to people that deserve them or have committed to the school, rather passing them up for academics with higher degrees (that they will have to pay more, so the rest of us would make less and have to get by without any benefits).
