Company will provide incentives, events for employees. Nice working environment

Cons

Salary below expected, didn't increase much (not even RM100) after working 3+years for Iyuno.

- Remote/Hybrid work - Smart coworkers - Good culture - Diverse - Transparency (usually)

Cons

- Burnout - Disorganization to a surprising degree for a company their size. - Fast changes without training - Layoffs caused the duties of a previously full-time position to be taken by others without a pay adjustment.

And we are pleased that our hybrid work arrangements have been positively received. As Iyuno has been through a series of mergers and acquisitions over the past few years, there will be lots of changes as a result. Pros

the best thing I had was good colleagues and a great team.

Cons

Not much benefit and no increment. Too many things have been cut off such as no more fancy food in the pantry and also benefits getting lower
