1. Colleagues, not snakes. Read that again. 2. Fictitious company vision. 3. LRT within walking distance.

Cons

1. JK that practices favouritism regardless of how poor and incompetent these windbags are (lp, sy, yc). 2. We built dub studios that Disney disapproves. Bravo. 3. Freelancer rates are getting lower and lower. Therefore, you will get bad products and your team will suffer. 4. If you wish to climb the ladder, prepare to kiss s. No matter how bad it smells. Oh, you gotta be a Mandarin speaker too for that. Comprende?

Pros

Steady workflow. Pays on time. I can't see any other pros.

Cons

Lack of respect towards the contractors. Extremely low rates and they are still cutting them, justifying that the Mechanical Translation helps translators. No, MT is a laugh, noone in his right mind would think that. They don't mind for the quality, as long as there's quantity. Most good translators already left and the very few still working with Iyuno are not motivated to deliver quality, on the contrary. The rates were the same as in 2007 and now, out of a sudden, they are dropping.
