Great colleagues with poor management

Pros

Colleagues are mostly young people, Full of creativity and vibrant spirit.

Cons

Company's policy was to not extend client's deadlines although sometimes the turn around time is unreasonable so the management would force you to work overtime.

Good company, Fun people & nice environment

Pros

- well equipped pantry - young crowd, very energetic - hybrid work arrangement was available when I worked - good benefits - team activities, celebrations, free movie tickets occasionally - global company

Cons

- low salary - I didn't feel very involved in my team as I wfh and I was reporting to a supervisor in US howevever those worked in office were fine

Don’t appreciate workers

Pros

Fun work colleagues and clients projects but basically thats it.

Cons

Upper management never appreciate nor take care of employees welfare and mental wellness, they always expect everyone did a perfect output without any mistake but with very short timeframes and the worst; lowpay. When demanding salary raise, they will give tons of lame excuses why they unable to increase the range. They thinks everyone here are easily to be replaced anytime and ask you to go ahead to resign if you dont like the culture here.
