      Pros

      Pros - creatively inspiring - in Manhattan - most people from other teams were very nice and willing to communicate

      Cons

      (depending on which team you are on for all of these) - not flexible - very unorganized - did not learn much - not willing to train - many team members stayed past 6:30pm most days and sometimes till 11:00pm - unpredictable schedule - lots of late adds - poor communication within team

      Pros

      Exceptional Benefits; Insurance Medical, dental and vision. As well as PTO.

      Cons

      Corporate is corrupt. They find reasons not to promote people of color. Even if you meet all criteria for a promotion the will continue to move the goal post. I have seen this happen to multiple people throughout the years. It’s very sad to work for a company who doesn’t value your contributions. Need confirmation of this just take a look at corporate leaders and upper management.

      Pros

      You work side by side with great people (in stores). Pretty decent benefits (Fidelity, Aetna, Wage Works and etc). Great Discounts (40% off sale) Looks great on resume.

      Cons

      Lack of Diversity Lack of promoting from field to corporate office. Racist/ Prejudice biases. Lack of Transparency when it comes to wages. Extreme disconnect between corporate office and retail field. It's not what you know but who you know when it comes to getting promoted. Not enough BLACK or BROWN faces (However, their images are plastered in all of the editorials, MARKETING!) Turnover Rate Extremely High!!! Lack of Black and Brown Store Director(s) / Markerting director(s) and influential presence(s) in key decision making. Not Inovative!!!
