Pros

Cool clothes, laid back, fun. The associate discount was amazing, especially at the outlet stores. I could get shorts / jeans / sweaters / dress shirts / ties, all for around $20 depending on the season. Not too many employee's worked at my store, so we all knew eachother and got plenty of hours.

Cons

Management turnover was pretty high at my store. WIthin 5 months of being hired only one or two of the managers that hired me were still there. Sometimes the hours were too long. I would be asked countless times to stay late or come in early.

Pros

The company offers a fun and relaxed working environment. The associates and managers are also great. The brand itself has elevated itself over the years, and the clothing gets better with each season.

Cons

The only problem I have is the pay. No matter the starting salary or job performance, there isn't much improvement in hourly wages.
