Pros

Provide basic health insurance coverage for part time employees (at least in the distribution centers) so it is perfect for college students. It accepts feedback from customers and employees and often implements changes.

Cons

This company is great if you know how to kiss up. If you do not, then you will never be promoted. Also, the mandatory overtime can become excessive especially if you have another job or you are in school and are already stretched to the limit.

Pros

Great clothing Offers part time benefits Great teamwork and management support Easy to move up and advance within the company with many different types of aspects Amazing discounts

Cons

Lower management pay offers aren't great I was promoted to management within the market but my travel time was increased by an hour and there was no room for pay negotiations based on that.
