suggestions are not taken lightly room for growth company is doing phenomenally for the economic climate right now Product is very well-designed

Cons

not enough hours are given to middle volume stores rollout constantly changes LP needs to begin in a "no return without receipt" policy Some older stores need major renovations, cash register upgrades...

amazing discount associates make commission the health insurance isnt bad good hours, and great pay around the holidays.

-competitive atmosphere makes things stressful -the hourly rate isn't amazing

Pros

It's a nice part-time job to have while in college. The hours are flexible, and it gives you good retail experience if you wish to pursue corporate retail positions.

Cons

The hours can be annoying, since you do have to work nights and weekends. If you don't work well with people, this is obviously not the place for you. It would be nice to occasionally hear more positive feedback from the management and customer.
