Pros

Flexible hours and decent pay

Cons

Management exhibits Favoritism/preferential treatment Pack on the hours when they need you (part timers working 9 hr shifts) Then cut your shift when it’s extremely slow. If you need a certain amount of hours/$$ per week you really can’t count on it. Little to NO training. Expect you to learn on the fly.

Pros

The people are nice on a personal level.

Cons

Management does not have a clue what they are doing and it shows - from hiring people who are not qualified in their roles (from junior to managers) to lack of clear strategies across all parts of the organization, everyone in the company lacks communication skills especially those who grew up there. Systems are nonexistent. Offices are dirty and unkept. This place is a career killer - walk away.
