There are minimal POC in supervisor/leadership positions. I worked there 10 years and tried and never got positions though I was qualified.

Seniority gives you a free pass at this company to do whatever you would like. These incidences include scheduling your associates less than 24 hours before a shift with no notice, ignoring time off requests until it's too late to approve, having personal vendettas against associates for your own amusement... When HR is contacted, they play the whole 'your feelings are valid' yet sweep the issues under the rug. It is very clear they do not care about their associates wellbeing and happiness whatsoever.
