Failing Company

Pros

Flexible Working Hours, it payed above average for a part time college job.

Cons

As I was a low level employee (a job while in college) the other individuals there tended to be irresponsible. They pushed us heavily to sell credit cards to unsuspecting patrons, which is horrible. You should never get a credit card to buy clothes. So, I always got harped on for not selling them. Expect this company to go out of business soon, if they aren't already. Amazon is a monster that will consume us all. Vae victis.

Pros

Good team environment, you can learn a lot and grow with the company quickly if you choose to get serious and do the work

Cons

Freelancers often feel like they're not truly a part of the team, get excluded from certain events and meetings, emails, etc.

Pros

Discount on clothing and great location.

Cons

We were forced to push the company credit card on customers multiple times even when after they refused the first time. It made them uncomfortable.
