-Experience highly dependent on Store Director / District Manager. - District Managers / Regional Management often have unrealistic expectations that lead to long hours, stress and eventual turn over of staff.

Pros

Flexible hours, work from home, set paid time off hours given once your hired, friendly coworkers, decent management team.

Cons

work from home only (office closed down), you're a punching bag, CEO is putting the company down and needs to retire (they got rid of Jim Brett who was actually helping the company).

Pros

Benefits and the time off are the only thing that are "okay".

Cons

No leadership presence ever. No motivation from leadership and no moral boosting. Not a chance to move positions unless you want to be on the phones. Even the people who became at home leads have no guidance from leadership. No coaching. Nobody tells you if you're doing good or bad and you're always in the dark. No touch bases. You pretty much have to request one, but leadership wont;
