Pros

The discount is a main reason to stay. You also have a camaraderie with coworkers.

Cons

Being treated as if you’re expendable takes a toll on everyone’s demeanor.

Pros

Good people; new ideals; new CEO; flexible hours when needed - if the company can turn around it will be interesting

Cons

Hours are ridiculously long, change is a way of life and not usually productive, poor leadership, inappropriate behavior from leaders should not be tolerated in the #meetoo age but JCrew turns a blind eye to their male execs, HR does not respond to multiple employees complaints
