Cons

a growing business and leadership shift changes can cause disruptions especially further down the ladder. Also, leadership making employees bend at the knee to over please subcontractors

Pros

You will never feel like "just a number" at this company. Wayne Taylor himself memorizes every one of his 500+ employees by name. They have plenty of work and contracts and take your opinion into consideration if you want to do different kind of work inside the company.

Cons

Some of the technology is outdated, but that's what happens when working contracts for the Navy.
